My collaboration with I=Energy began in the summer of 2019. They were on the hunt for an art director who could navigate the myriad of creative and production challenges they faced after earlier endeavors didn’t pan out. It didn’t take long for us to forge a partnership, and I dived into the project headfirst. The underlying philosophy of I=Energy is profound: We are beings birthed from a universe teeming with energy, and we embody this very essence. The brand aims to channel this cosmic and innate energy, encouraging wearers to engage in athletic pursuits and achieve unparalleled performance.

Product Development
The logo redesign for I=Energy was my starting point. A contemporary update was essential to truly capture the essence and vision that I=Energy aimed to convey. While subtle refinements were made to the illustrative mark, the logotype underwent a comprehensive transformation, emphasizing strength and dynamism. Parallel to the logo’s evolution, I delved into product development. Analyzing past designs, it became evident that a fresh approach was imperative.

While the revamped logo served as the inception of I=Energy’s brand transformation, the broader vision encompassed more than just aesthetics. The contemporary logo overhaul was pivotal in authentically mirroring the essence of I=Energy.
